Energy Programs & Rebates
Heating & cooling can account for over 50% of building energy consumption. We can design system upgrades to lower these costs substantially. Energy efficient equipment, controls, gas and power company rebates and tax depreciations allow us achieve this.
IRS tax code sec. 179 this year (2020) allows for a 100% depreciation of HVAC upgrades to commercial properties. Conditions apply, $1.5 million cap, etc.
Dominion energy & Rocky Mtn Power also offer cash rebates for upgrades.
